I recently visited Svaha Spa Bisma Ubud and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The spa's serene atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. It started with a lovely cleansing ritual, followed by a 60-minute Balinese Massage that melted away the stress of my busy week. The therapist was skilled, professional, and very attentive. My favorite part was the Bubble & Petal Bath afterward, the perfect way to unwind in peace. If you're in Ubud, I highly recommend Svaha Spa Bisma—a great spot to recharge both body and mind.

We had a wonderful trip. It was such a pleasure to just sit back and relax without worrying about planning or the next steps. Our trip leaders were always available to assist and provide recommendations. The schedule offered a nice balance of exploration, free time, and relaxation amidst the busier days. I particularly enjoyed all the interesting facts shared by Erin, our tour guide. My only suggestion would be to include more meals in the package, with a wider variety of restaurants, and perhaps include the Australia Zoo ticket.

It was an amazing and unforgettable trip. Our best group leader, Stacia, showed us the most stunning views and planned all the activities flawlessly. She is so friendly, understanding, and really easygoing, super professional, and always positive. I can't imagine another experience like this in Bali. I’d like to mention that the organization was top-notch, and the staff members, drivers, and guides were simply the best. I love Intro and will definitely travel with you again!

This was our first visit to Svaha Spa, and it was absolutely amazing. We scheduled a couples massage with Putu and Intan, and both were outstanding. From the minute we arrived to the end of the session, everything was handled so professionally and thoughtfully. The atmosphere, the view, and the massage were all flawless. Overall, a truly incredible experience! It's one I'll never forget. The planning was flawless and the details provided for each day's activities and movements were clear and precise. Everything was organized and pre-booked, eliminating any worries during the trip. There was no stress at all, making the journey smooth, FUN, and thrilling! My group leader, Annie, was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better leader. Her passion for her job and Bali was inspiring, and she was friendly and able to connect with everyone in the group. I extended my stay in Bali after the tour, but wasn't entirely sure about my plans. Annie offered me excellent tips, including links and hotel suggestions, which made this period easier without needing to research myself. Initially, I enrolled for the 12-day trip, but decided to prolong it to 15 days towards the end since I wasn't ready to part with my new little family, and I was thoroughly enjoying the activities. I couldn't miss any! I highly recommend downloading the Intro App! It was a useful tool before the trip and also during (though, it's not essential since your leader will provide all necessary information). It's an excellent way to explore other tours offered by Intro if you're curious about future adventures—which you likely will be once you complete a tour, I certainly was :P I'd also like to emphasize that these trips are perfect for any age! Whether you're off work and looking to travel long-term or just taking a vacation, you can be any age! We had a wonderful mix in our group; some in their 20s, some in their 30s, and others in their 40s, and we all got along brilliantly :)

Annie was incredibly kind, well-organized, and made everything feel flawlessly smooth from beginning to end. The tour itself was brimming with unforgettable moments—snorkeling, surfing, lively nights out, and encounters with amazing animals (even the monkeys!). Karaoke night stood out too, filled with laughter and wonderful memories! The local guides were fantastic, bringing so much knowledge and personality to every activity. We had such a delightful group, and Annie was a true gem—always enthusiastic and ready for a good laugh. I can’t recommend this trip enough; it was an incredible experience with tons of laughter and fantastic memories.

I embarked on the epic Indonesia tour in August 2025 with Violetta, who was an incredible tour guide and genuinely made the experience memorable. She was consistently available when needed and showed great kindness and consideration. The trip was well-organized, and even when issues arose, she always managed to find a solution. Anyone with her as a tour guide is genuinely fortunate, and I hope our paths cross again someday. She is the kindest person you'll encounter, and she truly deserves the best.

I recently finished the Bali Experience 12-day tour, and it truly met my expectations. I must give special commendation to the remarkable group leader, Annie Roberts. Having participated in numerous tours before, I can confidently say Annie is the best! From the very first day, Annie ensures you feel at ease and integrated into the group, handles all logistics, cares for everyone (even those hit with Bali belly 🙈), and maintains a very positive and energetic atmosphere, guaranteeing smooth activities and a fantastic time for all—making it seem effortless! The only drawback is that she leaves many in tears when it's time to say farewell 😭 🥳🎉
