Lotus - Chinese restaurant in Singen 🇩🇪
It is quite easy to find this restaurant in downtown Singen in the pedestrian Main Street! There is a small entrance next to Mc Donald’s and at the end is Lotus!
Its decoration and music is very traditional of those days and you feel like back in the past!
The food is sometimes Hong Kong style ! We had 沙茶煲(里面有牛肉鸡肉鸭肉猪肉和蔬菜)and in German Der beste Topf which consists of chicken, pork, beef, duck sliced meat with vegetables and steamed rice which was delicious!
Cook and waiter both are Chinese and the latter was very nice and attentive! The food was served fast! Next time in Singen we will go there for sure again!

Souvenirs from Europe
One of the easiest souvenirs to buy when visiting Europe is effervescent vitamin tablets, such as those containing Vitamin C, B complex, magnesium, etc. They cost only 0.5 Euro, or sometimes 0.8 Euro depending on the store, at places like Migros, Coop, and ALDI. #effervescenttablets #ALDI #migros #coop

Brera Serviced Apartments: Singen住ㄧ晚
#AprilGoodDestinations2025
The Arnika Brera Serviced Apartments are an ideal base for exploring the Rhine Falls.
The room was modern and chic and we found it reasonably comfortable. Lidl supermarket is nearby so I could make full use of the kitchen. Although the balcony is not big, it is still comfortable.
Using the washer and dryer via the app is simple but comes at an additional cost. There is a parking lot in front of the apartment, which is more convenient. If you don't reserve a parking space in advance, the hotel next door has a parking lot and you just need to pay (the fee is 2 euros more). The check-in method is online, and everything uses the hotel's QR code to get the room card.

Singen Lotus Restaurant, Germany
This restaurant, run by Hong Kong people, is said to have been around for over forty years. It's great value for money. I ordered the satay hot pot, and it's really nice to be able to find this kind of Chinese food outside!
