This is a Vietnamese restaurant with a more refined storefront than your average casual eatery, and the environment is clean and brightly lit. The menu mainly features Pho, spring rolls, and rice vermicelli. I ordered the beef pho, and after adding some basil and lemon, the broth tasted naturally sweet and light. It's a very refreshing dish, perfect for those who prefer lighter flavors. I also ordered the spring rolls, but personally, I thought they were just average. Came to Sydney, just in time for Vivid Sydney ✨ This is Sydney's most atmospheric light, music, and art festival every winter. This year, it runs from May 22nd to June 13th, with lights on every night from 6:00pm–11:00pm. Sydney is already beautiful during the day, but after the entire city is lit up at night, it's truly a different feeling. My most recommended photo route starts from Circular Quay. First, see the light projections on the Sydney Opera House, then walk towards the Sydney Harbour Bridge and The Rocks. Here, you can capture the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, the quay, and the city skyline in the background all at once. The shot is complete and gives you the strongest "I'm in Sydney" feeling 🌉 If you have enough time, you can also continue to Barangaroo and Darling Harbour. This year's official Light Walk is about 6.5km long in total. You don't have to walk the entire route; just pick your favorite areas and enjoy them at your own pace. Small tip: Try to go right after the lights turn on at 6 PM. The sky won't be completely dark yet, and your photos will have better layers; if you want to capture the night scene ambiance, you can wait until after 7 PM. Circular Quay will be quite crowded, so it's recommended to arrive a bit early, walk around and take photos, rather than staying in just one spot 📸 Tonight, I've fallen a little in love with Sydney. Here's a breakdown of my recommendations for you guys~ 1️⃣ Les Escargots | French Escargot with Pesto The texture is quite soft, lacking a bit of chewiness and depth. The pesto and garlic combo is pretty appetizing, but overall, it didn't wow me. The waiter mentioned you can order some bread to dip into the sauce, which I didn't try, but if you're interested, give it a go~ 2️⃣ Foie Gras Poêlé sur Toast | Pan-Seared Foie Gras on Toast 👍 Absolutely loved this one 😍! The foie gras flavor is super rich and melts right in your mouth—that deep, savory taste hits you straight in the heart~ I highly recommend this to any foie gras lovers out there. However, if you're not a fan of that strong liver taste, you might find it a bit too rich~ 3️⃣ 🐂 Tartare au Couteau | Beef Tartare This comes with a great sense of ceremony! A French waiter brings a little cart and mixes it for you right at your table, which is an awesome vibe! Unfortunately, the seasoning was a bit on the bland side. They added Tabasco, but the flavors didn't really mesh well together. I feel like the recipe could use a little tweaking. 4️⃣ 🥩 Grilled Dry Aged 60 days+ Striploin | Dry-Aged Bone-In Striploin A 350g striploin cooked to a perfect medium-rare! The outside has a nice crust with a hint of smokiness, and the beef itself is incredibly tender! My only gripe is that the steak was cut a bit too thin; it would have been much juicier if it were thicker. It comes with some super fragrant fries on the side, and dipping them in the pesto sauce is sooo good! Bouillon L'Entrecôte is a must-visit in Sydney if you're craving classic French food, and the French bistro vibes are immaculate! Today, I visited the persimmon farm in Galston. I originally just went to pick persimmons, but unexpectedly stumbled right into a vibrant orange-red autumn. The persimmons aren't particularly huge this year, but every single one is incredibly sweet. Freshly picked, they are perfectly crisp and carry a lovely sun-kissed fragrance. But what was even more breathtaking than the fruit was the autumn scenery across the entire farm. The orchard was awash in shades of orange and red. When the sunlight filtered through the leaves, it looked straight out of a movie. Walking beneath the trees with fallen leaves at my feet, every casual snap looked like a postcard. The most fascinating part was a little green parrot that suddenly flew into the netting and quietly perched on a branch, just spacing out. Its bright green feathers created such a dreamy contrast against the orchard's fiery tones that everyone couldn't help but stop to admire it. Unlike the crowded tourist hotspots, this felt more like a peaceful little corner of Sydney's autumn. It's the perfect spot for a slow weekend stroll, taking photos, and picking fruit. I just got back from a flight to Sydney, a super popular destination even among flight attendants!✈️ I visited during the peak of winter in Korea, but it was straight-up summer in Australia!! The moment I saw the Opera House in person after only seeing it on screens, my jaw dropped at its overwhelming scale,,😮 The harmony of the white seashell-like architecture is pure art❤️ I got so many once-in-a-lifetime shots!! I went to the Opera Bar right in front of it and had fish and chips. The prices weren't as stunning as the views, but it's definitely a must-visit spot when checking out the Opera House✨ Since a friend of mine goes to the University of Sydney, I stopped by the campus, which is famous for being an amazing photo spot. The pictures came out looking straight out of a movie🩷 + I also heard Australian beef is absolutely delicious, so I just had to try a Tomahawk steak🥩 !!Highly recommend this as a must-visit destination in your lifetime🫶!!

If you're visiting Sydney, splurging on a harbour-view room is 100% worth it. 🌉✨ I stayed at a hotel right near the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and waking up to that iconic skyline every morning felt like a dream. The rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean — everything you'd hope for. 🏊 The rooftop pool overlooking the Opera House was the highlight — I spent my evenings there watching the sunset paint the harbour orange and gold. 🍳 Breakfast with panoramic water views? Yes, please. The buffet spread was incredible, with fresh local produce and barista-made coffee. Tips for fellow travellers: 🗓 Book at least 2–3 months in advance for harbour-view rooms — they sell out fast! 🌅 Ask for a high-floor room for the best views 🚶 The hotel is walking distance to the Rocks, Circular Quay & Opera House Sydney stole my heart, and this hotel made it even more special.
