Amazing Soba that you must try in Asahikawa!

Was finding a good lunch spot before heading to Asahikawa zoo and chanced upon this soba place. This place ended up as one of the best meal I had during my hokkaido trip! Sobagen is a classic soba shop selling delicious soba, crispy tempura with light broth. The cold soba is nicer in terms of texture (as the noodles somehow gets overcooked after being in the hot broth for some time). (~1200yen) #cherryblossom2024
