In the evening, head to the Hakata area to experience the nightlife and try Fukuoka specialties like century-old unagi rice. · Day 2–3: Itoshima peninsula -> Yanagawa waterways -> Kinrin Lake (Yufuin) -> Beppu Hells hot springs Enjoy the coastal scenery of the Itoshima peninsula, take a yakatabune boat through Yanagawa’s waterways to soak up the town’s charm, and stroll around the fairytale Kinrin Lake in Yufuin.
