Wat Arun | A beautiful temple in bangkok🇹🇭
#thailandtrip
Wat Arun, a beautiful scenic spot in Bangkok, Thailand!
It not only has a strong historical heritage, but also has an amazing architectural scenery. It is simply a step-by-step scene, which is extremely beautiful!
In terms of transportation today, you can choose to take BTS to Saphan.
Taksin Station, and then transfer to Chao PhrayaExpress or Tuk-Tuk. The ticket is super cheap, and the scenery along the way is also super beautiful!
Remember to prepare the change in advance-
Pin Zhengwang Temple is located on the east bank of the Chao Phraya River in the centre of Bangkok. It is one of the most famous temples in Thailand. As soon as you enter the temple, you can be attracted by the towering spire, which is 82 metres high and is one of the tallest buildings in Bangkok. In the sunshine, the golden spire is shining, which is simply breathtakingly beautiful!
🍔you can also go to the nearby riverside restaurant for a delicious Thai lunch.

The Bangkok temple tour
#thailandtrip
The Bangkok temple tour was an extraordinary cultural experience. Starting at the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, the intricate architecture and historical significance were impressive. Wat Pho followed, featuring the magnificent reclining Buddha and a traditional Thai massage school. A short ferry ride took us to Wat Arun, where the colorful porcelain-decorated prang provided breathtaking views. Climbing Wat Saket, or the Golden Mount, rewarded us with panoramic city vistas and a serene atmosphere. The tour concluded at Wat Suthat, with its beautiful murals and the iconic Giant Swing. Overall, the tour was well-organized, informative, and deeply enriching, showcasing Bangkok's rich cultural heritage.
### Tips for Future Travelers
- **Dress Appropriately:** Ensure your shoulders and knees are covered. Most temples provide sarongs if needed.
Zheng Wang Temple Visiting Tips, Check-in at Great Spots
📷A Must-Visit Attraction in Thailand Travel - Zheng Wang Temple (Wat Arun)
Among the many temples in Bangkok, Zheng Wang Temple (Wat Arun) is definitely one you shouldn't miss. Not only because of its long history and magnificent architecture, but also for the beautiful sunrise and sunset views here.
☑️Visiting Tips
1️⃣Best time for photography: early morning or evening. The temple is quiet and less crowded in the early morning, allowing you to take beautiful photos without tourists; while in the evening, you can capture the golden temple bathed in the sunset.
2️⃣Opening hours: daily from 8:00 to 17:30. It's recommended to arrive early to avoid the peak of the crowds.
3️⃣Transportation: You can take the BTS to Saphan Taksin station, then transfer to the Chao Phraya Express Boat to Tha Tien pier, and take a ferry across the river. This not only saves time and effort but also allows you to enjoy the river scenery.
⚠️Visiting Tips
Zheng Wang Temple has a dress code; you must wear skirts or pants that go past the knees and shoulders must be covered. If you don't have appropriate clothing, scarves and sarongs are available for rent outside the temple.
📷Check-in Spots
The pier on the opposite side is actually a better spot for taking photos

The Grand Palace Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Three Days and Nights in Bangkok
✈️Transportation: Hong Kong to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Hong Kong
🚌From Shenzhen Bay Port, take the B3X bus to Hongqiao Station, then A36 directly to Hong Kong Airport Terminal
🏨Accommodation: Ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong (Not close to Siam shopping district, but there are several popular stores nearby, with a 711, BTS, and affordable room rates. The cleaning lady is also very diligent, highly recommended!)
🤠Itinerary: Day1 Watergate Temple—Chulalongkorn Night Market Street
Day2 Grand Palace-iconsam-Siam Shopping District
Day3 Siam Shopping District-Massage-Chulalongkorn Food Street
🚖Getting around Bangkok: We mostly took taxis, then boats or BTS or MRT to various places. The top recommended taxi app is bolt (cheaper), and if you can't get a taxi, consider grab.
🍽️Food:
1️⃣here hai: If you don't want to queue, just order takeaway on grab. Recommended garlic shrimp and crab spring rolls! But the crab fried rice is so-so
2️⃣Mae Varee: Also available for takeaway, the tri-color mango sticky rice is delicious, but it can get a bit cloying if you eat too much
3️⃣Chuan Fu: If you don't want to queue for Michelin mama noodles at Chulalongkorn, you can come here. Just walk a few dozen meters to the right of Milk Boy, it seems that many students come here to eat. The mama noodles and tossed rice are good, and their coconut pudding is super rich and delicious!!!
4️⃣Milk Boy: Only bought the original flavor milk, a bit like Wangzai milk??
5️⃣iconsam basement water market: Too many choices, buy whatever you want to eat, but the prawns are not fresh, the spotted cake is also average, not recommended. The papaya salad with raw shrimp and the spicy squid salad are very tasty
6️⃣after you: The mango smoothie and toast are okay, but too sweet and cloying after a while, anyway not as good as Miss Xiao Zhuang in Quanzhou (missing it~)
7️⃣Hand-labeled Thai milk tea: Tastes the same as in Shenzhen, but half the price, so drink more~
8️⃣Rua Thong Noodle: The best are the beef boat noodles, Tom Yum mixed noodles, dumplings, and coconut cake. Don't order the curry noodles at all!!!
9️⃣karun Thai milk tea: Average taste, expensive, too much ice, not recommended. Isn't hand-labeled Thai milk tea fragrant?
🔟aey seafood: Strongly recommend the curry crab and vermicelli pot!!! Amazing from the first bite, also a place where many locals eat. If you don't want to queue at somsom in Chulalongkorn, this place is recommended~
🙊711 Good Stuff Recommendations:
In P16, except for Meiji pure milk, everything else is worth a try. In P17, only the circled items are recommended. Comp tea and sleep candy❌, but clean nose's acne essence and sunscreen are really useful, and the Snake Brand spray and concealer samples are also highly recommended
🙊bigc Shopping Experience:
Apart from the dried mangosteen and strawberry-flavored Glico, everything else is OK~

Bangkok's No. 1 Place to Visit
#songkran2024
Going to Thailand, Bangkok (the country's capital), is a place you must visit. And at the top of the list to visit in this metropolitan is the Grand Palace.
Experience the grandeur and culture of the Thai people. I recommend to visit this place at the early morning especially during the hot days. It opens at 8:30 am but even before that, there are so many people outside already in the queue.
Mind-blowing Grand Palace in Thailand❤️🇹🇭
#thailandtrip
You can find that there is no such thing as a trip to Bangkok "The next day of Tyrande never rests for a long time, shining for a long time." Finally, I want to recall and post, The Grand Palace+Jade Buddha Temple (heavily stylized and color adjusted). The streets of Tyrande P9P10: The light rail in Bangkok is very interesting to consider. Flights after rain, clouds and sunset before landing. I yearn to travel to some fun places. I use my camera to constantly record scenery and some "interesting stories". If I want to continue listening to the stories I see, some people want to discover more favorite travel destinations. Like and collect, and help and follow me.

🇹🇭Sharing food together as a family
Bangkok Thailand is always a great place for family trips and this is a great place to bring your family for dinner. Everyone can buy what they want to eat and sit together to share the food together. There are also no restrictions to buy from certain stalls. You can buy from any stalls as you wish and even can take away as well. The coconut juice here is so delicious and they even scoop out the coconut flesh for you too. They also have the viral thai milktea waffles too and the queue here is not long so it is easier to queue.

## Bangkok Foodie Paradise: Sook Siam at IconSiam
Calling all street food fanatics! Sook Siam at IconSiam is a must-visit for anyone craving an authentic Thai food adventure. Forget the scorching heat and crowded streets – this indoor market offers all the deliciousness of Thai street food in a cool, air-conditioned haven.
Wandering through Sook Siam is like taking a culinary journey across Thailand's diverse regions. From the fiery curries of the North to the refreshing green papaya salad of Isan, there's something to tantalize every taste bud. I snagged a plate of Khao Soi, the creamy coconut curry noodles of the North, and it was an absolute explosion of flavor!
Spice aside, Sook Siam isn't just about the classics. They have a ton of regional specialties and hidden gems you might not find elsewhere. Feeling adventurous? Try the Gaeng Massaman, a rich Muslim curry with origins in the South.
Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the quality is on point. Plus, the friendly vendors are happy to answer questions and guide you through their specialties. Seriously, where else can you get this much deliciousness under one roof?
Whether you're a seasoned Thai food pro or a curious newbie, Sook Siam is a guaranteed win. Do yourself a favor and skip the fancy restaurants – this is where you'll find the real deal.

Chinatown Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Bangkok One-Day Tour Guide
Having been to Bangkok 5 times, I recommend an off-the-beaten-path one-day itinerary that can be reached by public transportation.
Tour guide: Chinatown, Erawan Shrine, icon Siam, Khao San Road, Wat Hua Lamphong, Talin Chan Floating Market. All attractions are accessible by subway and bus.
Transportation guide: BTS MRT SRT. Take the BTS to the Siam shopping district, Chit Lom to the Erawan Shrine shopping district. Silom to the Chinatown shopping district.
Accommodation recommendations
Stayed near Payathai station in the city, which is only a 20-minute walk to Siam Square and very convenient.
Hotel TRANZ 451 yuan/night
Khao San Road is a backpacker's paradise in Bangkok, with many hostels and guesthouses. Double rooms start at 100 yuan.
Shopping recommendations
SIAM
Siam Square, it took 20 minutes to walk to the square, which has a duty-free mall with a rich selection of brands. After shopping, you need to go to the airport for a tax refund. However, the products here are more diverse compared to the King Power Duty Free Shop, and the newly opened icon Siam also has an indoor floating market.
Ferris Wheel Market, which is laid out with dining areas, snack streets, shopping streets, and pier bars. It is recommended to go in the evening to enjoy the sunset over the Mekong River.
Khao San Road food street, where the bars and night markets are very lively at night.
Food recommendations: Thai snacks, seafood barbecue, tropical fruits - hundreds of varieties to choose from
Communication: You can buy Thai SIM cards for 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, or longer at 711, starting at 10 yuan.
My Most Favourite Local Street Food in Bangkok
#familytrips2024 #awesomepic #deliciousfood
Thailand is well known for their delicious and unique food. While visiting recently, I already set a goal in mind to experience what the local would usually have and here are some that I really like to have again;
1) Fresh Juices; Thailand have the freshes juices I actually ever tried. The one that I had (sugarcane and mango) does not even need any extra flavour, mixture or sugar to make it taste better.
2) Mango Sticky Rice; I would never missed mango sticky rice while in Thailand. This time I tried the one with colourful rice. It’s actually taste the same (the colourful/ the white colour sticky rice) but the coconut milk tasted creamier and just enough sweetness on it that it pair well with the sticky rice and mango.
3) Grilled Seafood skewers; Thailand also a heaven for seafood. Mine was grilled above charcoal and was served with thai chili sauce (It’s sour, spicy and sweet sauce). My mouth watering when thinking of it again.
4) Curry Egg Noodle with Prawn; The flavour from the big prawn really taste well with the curry broth. It’s a bit spicy and I love that.
5) Silver Needle Noodle with pork; Super love the intestine and pork blood on my noodle. Love the freshing clear broth mixed with fats from the pork. Definitely recommend this!
