Spaghetti Factory

The diner is nice and clean, staff are friendly and attentive, they accept visa/master card , the food is not bad and served fast and hot, since the name is Spaghetti Factory we thought they are specialist, but carbonara came with chopped bacon strips(rather than Guanciale or pancetta) and surprisingly no black pepper!!! Fortunately there was black pepper on the table and we helped ourselves , food was creamy and the taste was ok but not original. I believe the menu need to be changed or replace with some new printed one, it was falling apart and some part in the bottom was ripped, I wasn’t able to read some parts, had to look the other menu! Although servers working hard and are fast but I saw just 2 servers and it’s not enough for always full diner with waiting queue outside, this just make the whole process slower. #summervacation #mytripvlog #foodie
