The Wenyu River Thousand Lantern Festival is a sight worth seeing during the first lunar month, and I can say it's the largest and most impressive lantern festival I've seen since I was a child! 🚉Transportation Tips: The Wenyu River Thousand Lantern Festival is located inside Wenyu River Park in Chaoyang District, Beijing, on the far north side of the city, already outside the Fifth Ring Road. Bus stop: Take the bus to and walk 150 meters to the entrance. Subway: The northern section of Line 17 to requires a 2.4 km walk (not recommended). If you drive, park in the parking lot, where there is a free shuttle bus, with a shuttle every 10 minutes. (Expect long wait times for parking)
