Mu Mao Campsite

The combination of "Mu" and "Mao" forms the Chinese character for "willow" (柳). Mu Mao Campsite is situated in the West Garden of the Wenyu River Park Demonstration Zone, once a dense willow forest outside Shaziying Village in Sunhe Township. During the park's construction, instead of cutting down the large willow trees, they were preserved as a nostalgic element, becoming a well-known scenic spot in the park called "Hanliu Gully." Today, Mu Mao Campsite, along with Langkun Free Book House, Sunshine Beach, and Farming Nature Education Campsite, collectively form the parent-child IP matrix in the West Garden. During the recently passed Dragon Boat Festival, many citizens gathered here to experience the charm of traditional culture by applying realgar, weaving wreaths, making sachets, braiding colorful ropes, and crafting dragon heads. They could also participate in various fun games such as water gun fights, trampoline jumping, frisbee golf, pitch-pot, and tabletop games.
