[Beijing Tour] May Fourth Street: A historical mark.

May Fourth Street is named after the May Fourth Movement, which originated from the old site of Peking University on the north side of the street. It is the middle section of the main street that runs from east to west in Beijing, from Chaoyangmen to Fuchengmen, and is located to the east of the central axis between the back gate of the Forbidden City and the front gate of Jingshan Park. Nearby are the Imperial City Root Site Park, the Red Building of Peking University, the National Art Museum of China, and the old site of Sino-French University, among other historical, cultural, and artistic landscapes.
