Beijing Day Trip! Gubei Water Town! A hotel I've stayed at five times with my family. 1️⃣ Gubei Water Town! This homestay is right next to the ancient city and is in the scenic area. It has a heated pool and is perfect for families and couples. I didn't think Gubei Water Town would be fun before I came, but it's so beautiful! I'll definitely come back! 2️⃣ The hotel is right next to the entrance to the water town, so you can go in and out as many times as you want. The night view along the way is beautiful, and the Simatai Great Wall looks majestic in the distance. You can walk to Tanghe Ancient Village and enjoy the scenery of the water town in the south of the Yangtze River, as well as the storytelling of the Yang Family Generals and the Peking Opera Shajiabang. The hotel's light show at night is also beautiful. 3️⃣ There are so many breakfast options that it's hard to choose. There's also a coffee shop nearby where you can have a cup of afternoon tea and enjoy a leisurely afternoon. The gym and infinity pool on the 7th floor of the hotel are both great. 4️⃣ If you drive, you can park directly in the hotel's underground parking lot. There's an elevator that goes straight to the lobby. The staff are well-trained, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. The check-in process is quick, and they proactively answer our questions.
