The walk into the deepest parts of the park with the best views of the waterfalls can be challenging both going up and down. This is a must see you can stand where Queen Elizabeth once stood to view the three sisters, which is a rock formation. Or you can take the time to hike all the way down into the canopy of the forest where it is nice and cool as you cross the waterfalls that start with a trickle, and end up being majestic, you will be rewarded for all your efforts. The entire way is paved with asphalt, but does get a bit challenging as there are large block steps when you start going down into the forest that can be a bit tricky if you have knee or hip issues. This should not dissuade you just be careful and bring a walking stick .
