Conquering mount Batulao

This is one of the most popular hikes in Batangas and undoubtedly one of the greatest introductory hikes in the Philippines. Before reaching the peak, the modest terrain takes you past a series of smaller, vibrantly green mountaintops. From this vantage point, you'll have a breathtaking perspective of the Batangas' many coastal villages. While the trek takes approximately eight hours round trip, it is crucial to allow time to enjoy the scenery at the summit.
