Chengde Outer Eight Temples - (Little Potala Palace)

Overall style: A Han-Tibetan combined temple with a grand scale, majestic and solemn, cleverly built on the mountain, various white platforms and pagoda buildings are scattered due to the terrain, with different heights and changes, full of snow-capped plateau style. The Big Red Platform is the main building of the Little Potala Palace. Below is a large white platform up to 18 meters high, and a large red platform 25 meters high stands on it, with a total height of 43 meters. There are six vertical glazed Buddha niches inlaid in the center of the south side of the Big Red Platform, with yellow and green colors, and Han-style techniques are used to mark the axis. The Wanfaguiyi Hall is the main hall located in the center of the group of buildings. It has a double eave and four corners, and there is a corridor around it. Under the eaves of the hall, there is a Yunlong Dou plaque with the inscription "Wanfaguiyi" by Emperor Qianlong, written in Chinese, Manchu, Mongolian, and Tibetan. The roof of the hall is all covered with gilded fish scale tiles, the treasure top is in the shape of a Tibetan Dharma bell, the ridge of the hall is decorated with cloud patterns, the four corners of the flying eaves are high, and the decoration is luxurious.
