Hotel Experience Chengdu Bay Hotel for Business Trips - The Pinnacle of Accommodation

Every time I go to Chengdu for business, my only choice is Bay Hotel. I would call it the pinnacle of accommodation for business trips in Chengdu. Both hardware and software are impressive. 1 Location: Bay Hotel is located on Tianfu Avenue in the Shuangliu High-tech Zone, next to Yuanda Shopping Center. The hotel is relatively close to Shuangliu Airport, about a 25-35 minute drive. The subway is convenient, with many major companies located from Tianfu First Street to Fifth Street, and Tianfu Avenue nearby, and then it's close to SKP and Global Center. Of course, since it's far from the city center, being in the High-tech Zone, it means it's quite far from tourist attractions. 2 Hardware: The rooms are large, with standard rooms, whether twin or double, being around 45 square meters, which is already superior to other high-end chains. The toiletries are from L'Occitane, and the bedding is also among the best I've experienced in chain hotels. Equipped with smart toilets, large bathrooms, and bathtubs. There's even a vinyl record player at the entrance. Although Bay Hotel doesn't have many locations in China, you'll understand the experience after just one stay. The only downside is that the windows can't be opened. Software: The most important thing for me in a hotel is the hygiene. I've stayed at Bay Hotel dozens of times, from the executive floors to the regular floors, and have stayed in various room types. Each stay has shown me their meticulous and reliable cleaning. The placement of items and the thoroughness of cleaning the surfaces and floors show that there are very strict standards. The service starts at the front desk, where you can feel the nearly five-star professional service attitude, standardized speech, and flexible response capabilities. They proactively consider the guests' needs and try their best to solve problems. The most impressive aspect is the restaurant. I've stayed at many five-star hotels, but so far, only at Bay Hotel have I experienced breakfasts of such a refined quality. It's not the kind of five-star breakfast that looks like it has everything but is just perfunctory. Here, every dish is flavorful, the pancakes and fried dough sticks are fresh and tasty, and even the porridge is carefully prepared with 5 different types every day. They even prepare children's milk, cakes, and bread separately, using high-end brands and updating them seasonally with care. The restaurant's lobby manager has been the same few people for nearly two years (which shows their dedication to management), and there's a chef guiding each station during breakfast time. What I'll never forget is one time when my child wanted to eat sesame balls but they weren't on the menu that day, the lobby manager took the initiative to ask and had the chef make some especially for us. It was very thoughtful and professional, to an admirable extent. Additionally, there are no scenic gardens within the hotel, but there's an entire floor dedicated to a children's amusement center, which is enough to entertain kids for an afternoon. The hotel's added value lies entirely in its service, and Bay Hotel can be given full marks for its soft power. 4 Value for Money: The room rates are not low on weekdays, but fortunately, they don't increase too much during holidays. It's priced at the level of high-end chains. If you're on a business trip, with children or elderly, and need quiet, comfortable, and thoughtful service, it's worth a try. Overall Rating: Four and a half stars The hardware is outstanding, but there are no gardens or other outdoor facilities within the hotel, and it's far from city attractions. The software and service are very in place, and it's worth trying for those who value a soft experience.
