Mingting Xiaoguan Taikoo Li Flagship Store, the new store still needs some work.

I went to the Mingting Xiaoguan Taikoo Li Flagship Store on Chunxi Road a few days ago. Overall, the new store has a better environment, but still needs some work. 📍Location and environment: It's a short walk from Chunxi Road IFS. We arrived at the store at around 5 pm on Sunday, and there weren't many people. Not having to wait in line is really great, and the environment is also good. The new Chinese-style decoration is simple and elegant, and the prices of the dishes are relatively reasonable, so the cost performance is still good. The staff are friendly and can respond to any needs in a timely manner. 🍱Taste of the dishes: The taste is generally at a medium level. I highly recommend their |Braised Pork with Baby Potatoes^, which is a full bowl with an attractive color, and melts in your mouth. Each piece is stewed to perfection, and I highly recommend it. |Fish-flavored Crispy Eggplant^ is very large, with a strong visual impact. At first, it tastes fragrant and crispy, but after eating a few pieces, it becomes a bit greasy. The Shrimp and Vermicelli Casserole is disappointing, I still prefer the taste of fresh shrimp cooked to a crispy texture. |Brain Flower Tofu^ is an old store specialty, but I don't think it's very tasty, what's going on? 🧐Problems: My friend asked why some of the dishes were not on the menu, and the reply was that the new store had updated the dishes, so some of the old store's dishes were not available here. Also, the tableware is not very good. The bottom of the bowl I was eating from was actually broken, with several chips, and it couldn't even be placed flat. I hope the store can replace the tableware with intact ones, so that the dining experience for customers will be better.
