Chiang Mai Chill Trip

This time, a group of seven friends went to Chiang Mai to chill. We stayed at Sannuo for four nights. The initial choice of Sannuo was due to the pictures showing a balcony with a view of the garden and the Mae Ping River, and the rooms were larger than other hotels. Moreover, it was newly renovated at the end of 2023. After checking in, everyone was very happy and satisfied. We even switched to a suite with a large platform, which served as a space for everyone to gather. The overall design style is casual but not tacky, and the garden is beautifully maintained. The eaves are equipped with mist sprays for cooling, which instantly brings a sense of cool happiness when returning from outside excursions. For breakfast, there are Chinese, Western, and Thai options to choose from, and the owner thoughtfully prepared tea eggs for us. There are also several delicious restaurants within walking distance, including the Michelin-starred Oxygen French restaurant and Riverfront Thai seafood restaurant next door, and the reasonably priced and tasty Magolia restaurant is just a 15-minute walk away. One evening, the owner recommended that we could have a barbecue in the garden, which everyone praised highly. Every food item was grilled perfectly, and the seasoning was spot on. The fridge was stocked with a variety of free drinks, mineral water, and snacks. Another important point is that if there were any problems, the front desk staff or the owner, who could speak Chinese, would immediately help us resolve them.
