Minimalism

Many times, when I go out, I prefer to book international five-star hotels, thinking that this is the only way to ensure my safety and hygiene, but I don't realize that by doing so, I miss out on a lot of local characteristics and customs. In recent years, I have gradually started to book homestays. Maybe the facilities are not so complete, maybe the new homestays still have this or that shortcoming, but they always surprise me. Sometimes it's a balcony where you can see the sunrise and the sea, sometimes it's a restaurant where birds accompany you for breakfast, and sometimes it's not pretty but particularly delicious local dishes. The surprise this time is minimalism, and it's such a pleasant surprise. It turns out that people really don't need that many things.
