Doi Suthep-Pui National Park
#holidayvacation Doi Pui, at 1,685metres above sea level, is the highest peak in the Doi Suthep-Pui National Park. It is famous for its beautiful waterfalls which are easily reached from the main road. But one of the hottest attractions for Doi Pui must be Hmong Tribal Village situated less than five kilometres from the famous Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. A visit to this village is an eye-opener into the tribal villagers’ private life. Mon Da than Waterfall
#holidayvacation Getting to Mon Da than Waterfall is an adventure in itself because it’s not really near anything else. If you’re confident driving a motorbike, that’s the cheapest way to get here. Otherwise, you can hire a songthaew or a Grab for the roughly 1-hour drive. Just put the location into Google Maps, and you shouldn’t have any trouble getting there. #holidayvacation There are dozens of temples in Chiang Mai, but Wat Pha Lat is our favorite temple we've visited by far. First, it is surrounded by the jungle, so it has a completely different feel than the temples within the Old City. Second, it can only be reached by hiking, which eliminates many tourists. The crowds at Wat Pha Lat are far fewer than at many of the other temples in Chiang Mai, so it feels really special. #holidayvacation#tripinspired#happynewyear

Chiang Mai 🇹🇭 will probably always stay one of my favorite getaway destinations. Probably because of all the nice coffee shops☕️ 😍 #cafehopping culture is real and thriving in Chiang Mai. These photos were taken at one of my favorite cafes I visited during my last trip to Chiang Mai, it’s part of the Baristro group, this specific one is located at 📍Mae Ping River. It’s a very “instagrammable” place with a beautiful view of the river and loads of beautiful decorated rooms. Some people go there just to get the perfect photo, but I highly recommend trying their coffee. Their creative menu offers a lot of options. I opted for the black iced latte and I didn’t regret it. Cause this place is a riverside, three-in-one stop for delicious meals, contemporary art and perhaps a bit of shopping. The stylish, modern cafe specialises in Thai food, salads and freshly baked goods, but the menu is enormous and also includes every imaginable beverage. Edgy art adorns the walls, and regular exhibitions feature a rotating crop of Thai artists. Their salad on the first photo is my favorite food their.
