⛰ Doi Pha Tang offers a panoramic view of Thailand and Laos, as well as a sea of mist throughout the year. From December to January, the area is adorned with blooming wild Himalayan cherry blossoms and Bauhinia flowers. In February, the scenery remains captivating. 🏡 This location is home to Hmong, Yao, and Chinese Haw communities, former members of the 93rd Division, who cultivate cold-climate crops such as plums, peaches, apples, and tea. 🖼 Doi Pha Tang is part of the Luang Prabang mountain range, with the watershed ridge marking the boundary between Thailand and Laos. A notable feature is the Pha Bong or Siam Gate, a large rock archway. Walking through this arch leads to a cliff that marks the Thai-Laos border.
