It is a three-story brick-wood structure building from the 1930s, which used to be the residence of the staff of the US Army Command in China during the Anti-Japanese War. With the passage of time, it has been restored to its original appearance in recent years and has become the 'Xiaohuanglou' we see today. The yellow exterior wall with swallow mud texture, the green tile roof, and the round architectural shape reflect the architectural technology and style of the 1930s. It is a blend of modern art and traditional architecture, gathering Western cuisine, Southeast Asian cuisine, and desserts in one place.
