When checking in, the service attitude of the front desk staff was quite good. The room we booked has a strong Southeast Asian style and is relatively spacious. The bathroom in the room is divided into wet and dry areas and is also equipped with an oversized bathtub, which is very convenient for bathing children. However, the lighting in the room is somewhat insufficient, especially in the washing area, where the lighting is relatively dim. The outdoor hot springs here are hidden in a large bamboo forest, and they are all small pools. Going for a soak at night has a different feeling. However, the management of the hot spring water can be further improved, as it is not particularly clean. As for the service, there are good and bad aspects. The good thing is that the service attitude of the front desk staff was excellent. When booking the room, the name was written incorrectly, and the order could not be found. He patiently and seriously handled it until it was resolved. However, after soaking in the hot water on the balcony at night and returning to the room to change, it felt particularly cold, and the air conditioner was under maintenance and had no heating. No staff informed us of this when we checked in. When we requested extra blankets from room service, we were told there were no blankets available, and the attitude was not good. Later, we called the front desk to solve this problem, which was somewhat disappointing. This level of service is even worse than some budget hotels. The hotel's breakfast is relatively rich, and the whole family can find their favorite type. Overall, the environment of Xinjing Leyang Hotel is quite good, relatively quiet, suitable for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. However, there is still room for improvement in some details, such as room lighting and service attitude. Considering its cost-effectiveness, as well as the good breakfast and hot springs, it is still worth experiencing. If the hotel can further improve service quality and strengthen hot spring management, it will bring a better experience to guests.
