Baili Azalea Scenic Area

Baili Azalea is located in the northwestern part of Guizhou, in the central area of Bijie City, covering an area of more than 700 square kilometers. It governs seven ethnic townships including Pudi, Jinpo, Renhe, Dashui, Huangni, Shachang, and Bainuo, as well as two management areas, Pengcheng and Jiamu, with a total population of 150,000. It is home to twenty-one ethnic groups including the Yi, Miao, Bai, Manchu, and Buyi. The best travel time Spring (March-May) In the late spring, it is the blooming season of Baili Azaleas. Azaleas of different shapes and colors bloom competitively under the sun's rays. The altitude of the area ranges from 1200 to 1800 meters, with low ultraviolet intensity, air quality reaching national level one standards, an average negative oxygen ion content of more than 69,000 per cubic centimeter, and a forest coverage rate of 80%.
