Zhejiang Dongyang City adapts to local conditions, and along the Dongyang River water system that passes through the city, it has built a riverside cultural landscape belt that depends on the city and water, with a beautiful environment, making the city more ecological and livable. The Leisure and Cultural Innovation Park is a new park built in 2023, located to the east of Bachelor Bridge and to the west of Welcome Bridge, bordered by Dongyang Foreign Language School and Dongyang City Fusion Media Center to the north, and facing Dongyang River to the south. It is the eastern starting section of the Dongyang Riverside Cultural Landscape Belt, looking across the river at the South Bank Art Park. The park covers a total area of about 186,700 square meters, of which the green area exceeds 125,000 square meters.
