Sofitel Dubai The Palm

#thingstodo I spent the three most beautiful nights in this wonderful resort at the beginning of July 2023 We received a smile and welcome from all the staff from the entrance gate until our arrival in the room They gave us a welcome drink and a refreshing cold towel. The very wonderful employee, Ms. Saeeda, facilitated the entry procedures and raised the level of the room from a room overlooking the sea to a wonderful suite on the sea. We moved to the room with the luggage toter who was very nice and exchanged conversation with us in a nice and welcoming way in addition to making a great surprise to us in the room by presenting a plate of cakes and blessing our occasion. I tried during my stay breakfast was good and the service was very excellent inside the restaurant as if it were a helpful beehive. The beach and the pool are great and very clean, all the time I see the people responsible for the cleanliness and those responsible for the rescue nearby as well. There are about five restaurants in the resort, including a seafood restaurant, but entering it requires him to wear formal clothes, despite being in the same resort and on the beach, where we were refused to receive inside the restaurant because we wear simple clothes and light shoes that suit the coastal nature surrounding the place. There is also a very, very wonderful restaurant and cafe named Lagana located directly on the beach, very special, and the service is excellent and they kindly welcomed us. There is also a steakhouse, a Chinese restaurant and another cafe that I have unfortunately not visited. One of the positives is that the resort offers a good discount on all the restaurants within the resort. The location of the resort is also served, there is a pharmacy, and there is a mini market accessible by golf car, and there is also a free delivery service by bus to three return areas (Nakheel Mall / Emirates Mall / Beach) Restaurant delivery apps can also be used and arrive at an amazing time as if I was downtown despite our stay on the outskirts of the magnificent Palm Island. The resort also has a company to rent a boat, but the prices are almost very high for the bot for two hours 1600 and above! There is also a women's salon and a men's salon in addition to a spa center sponsored by Luxtan products. Near the resort, there are great places to visit such as Nakheel Mall and The Point complex with many restaurants and has the largest fountain in the world, but we found it closed during our stay in Dubai due to the presence of maintenance work. In general, I am very happy to stay at this prestigious resort, Softel Palm Resort & Spa, and I hope to return to it, especially thank you.
