Ewenki Museum

'Ewenki' means 'people living in the great forest'. There are 34,617 Ewenki people in China. The ancestors of the Ewenki people mainly relied on hunting and gathering as their primary means of production. They ate animal meat, wore animal skins, and lived in 'Xierenzhu (birch bark houses)', always considering the forest their home. The Ewenki Museum exhibits many tools and scenes from the daily life of the Ewenki people. Transportation: Take Hailar Bus No. 101 and get off at the Banner Museum Station. Tickets: Free Opening hours: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM The museum is not large, but the exhibits are vivid and interesting, making it very suitable for bringing children to experience. There is also a small cinema inside, where films are shown that provide an in-depth understanding of the lifestyle and cultural traditions of the Ewenki people.
