Cantonese Cruisine at Genting Highlands

There are many restaurants selling authentic Chinese Cruisine. One of my favourites would be the I canton. The food served is very similar to the Hong Kong style. They offer fried rice with fried pork, noodle with brisket beef, turnip soup, beancurd mixed with mushrooms. My favourite would be their double boiled chicken soup. The soup is light yet very nutritional. The soup is booked for hours to let the soup absorb the essence of the chicken. The menu is intensive and the staff are very quick to take your order and serve you. Be sure to get there early as the crowd will start to come in after 5pm when people starts to have their dinner. #bucketlistreboot
