Yamdrok Lake (below)

The lake of Yamdrok is picturesque with its mountainous scenery, like a fairyland on earth. Yamdrok is a unique natural scenic area that combines plateau lakes, snow-capped mountains, islands, pastures, hot springs, wild flora and fauna, temples, and other landscapes. There are also perennially unmelting snow-capped mountains around, the highest of which reaches an altitude of over 7000 meters.
