That day I visited Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, it happened to be raining. The entire temple was shrouded in a misty veil of rain. The Lingyin Temple in the rain had a unique charm of Jiangnan, with the air filled with the scent of damp earth. The trees and ancient buildings appeared even more rustic and mysterious in the drizzle. Walking on the slippery stone paths, listening to the sound of raindrops hitting the eaves, I felt as if I had traveled back in time, experiencing the tranquility and serenity that this temple has held for thousands of years. The incense in the temple was still flourishing, with devotees praying devoutly. Occasionally, the sound of bells could be heard, bringing a sense of inner peace. For me, visiting Lingyin Temple on such a rainy day undoubtedly added a lot of mystery and romance to the atmosphere. If you come to Hangzhou, it is worth visiting Lingyin Temple on a rainy day to experience a different kind of Jiangnan charm.
