Hiroshima City's Kogane Mountain.

A small hill that offers a panoramic view of Hiroshima City from its summit. An observation deck was newly constructed three years ago, attracting an increasing number of visitors. While there are many mountain cherry trees, the area near the observation deck is particularly famous for its blooming Somei Yoshino cherry trees, making it a spectacular spot for photography. The parking lot only holds about 20 cars and is usually quiet, but during the cherry blossom season, it gets extremely congested. It is recommended to visit early in the morning or to enjoy the night cherry blossoms leisurely late at night. It's about a 30-minute drive from the city center, which makes it popular. The view is excellent, so it's worth visiting even outside of cherry blossom season.
