Introducing the best value local hotel I stayed at in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It's located in District 1 in the center, a one-minute walk from Bui Vien Street. There are many massage parlors, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. It costs less than 5,000 yen per night, includes breakfast, and the room is quite spacious. There is also a balcony. Although the breakfast has a limited number of items, I think it is sufficient for the price.
