Restaurant: Sushi Tokumi Address: 5/F, H8, 8 Hau Fook Street, Tsim Sha Tsui Average standard of Sashimi Don in a small japanese room Recommended by my friend, saying this one is popular and good having some fresh sashimi, and finally our turn to try, as expected, needa line up for, i would say the quality isn’t bad but not as high as expected, the shop isn’t so big Salmon salad having a slice of salmon but seem not too fresh and they adding too much vinegar a bit too sour for me Miso soup not too bad but as always not my dish haa lol Ordered Triple Sashimi on Rice Set, having three different kind of seafood including salmon, tuna and scallops, salmon tastes sweet and a bit fresher than the slice in salad one, tuna not bad too but i would say the scallops having so fishy taste needa dip deep with soy sauce lol, there are some crab roe and a whole onsen tamago insides, the portion is large so enough even if you are hungry haa, overall taste quite nice One of the good thing is having a little treat after a main dish, a small lo mai chi in matcha flavor, so chewy not bad for me at the end of our meal ha The food quality is in median standard and not bad with large portion Taste 4 Envir 3 Service 3 Hygiene 3 Value 4 #foodie #hongkong #dinning #japanese
