The atmosphere is so chill, with both outdoor and indoor seating, where you can sit back and enjoy your meal slowly.🥂 First up, the shrimp cocktail, served with fresh salad greens and a special seafood sauce that adds a hint of wine aroma. Next are the oysters🦪, three plump and sweet oysters, extremely fresh, bursting with flavor at each bite.😋🥂 The crab cakes, two pieces, are soft and fluffy, packed with sweet and rich crab meat, and fried to a crispy golden brown on the outside, truly delicious.🤤 The pan-fried foie gras is a must-try👍🏻. The foie gras is cooked just right, with a slightly crispy caramelized surface and a rich flavor inside, very satisfying.😍 The suckling pig skin is roasted to a crisp, the meat is tender and juicy, and with the special sauce, the flavor is even richer. I highly recommend the Wagyu beef belly. The Wagyu beef is delicate and melts in your mouth, with a tender texture and rich juices, and with the special sauce, it's super tasty.🤤 The fried fish taco is crispy, rolled up with fresh vegetables and a special sauce, unexpectedly delicious. The red wine sangria has a moderate alcohol content, rich flavor, and with fresh fruit slices and ice cubes, it's very appetizing and thirst-quenching. Finally, the desserts! I chose pistachio ice cream and coconut ice cream. The texture of the ice cream is smooth, the pistachio ice cream has a rich pistachio flavor, and the coconut ice cream has a refreshing coconut scent.
