Eyes of Maokong

We rode the Maokong Gondola on our last night in Taipei. After visiting the zoo next door, we went to the gondola station and tapped in with our easy card, which automatically gives a 20NT discount. There was an additional discount for rides up after 4pm, so our first journey up only cost 30NT. We rode the crystal cabin (aka “Eyes of Maokong”) which has a transparent bottom. The ride to the top took about 30 minutes, and we caught the beautiful sunset. #timetotravel #taiwan #taipei #maokong
