Named 'Jinxian Gate' because it leads to the Confucian Temple, symbolizing the promotion of virtuous and talented scholars. The city tower is divided into three levels: the lower level is the Wengcheng Gate, grand and magnificent; the middle level is the city tower; the upper level is a glazed pavilion with flying eaves and carved beams, elegant and majestic. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, it was a place for announcing the time. At dawn, the sound of the morning bugle would drift with the wind, dispelling the morning mist and welcoming the morning glow, heard throughout the city, creating a unique charm.
