Jilin City is home to many beautiful attractions. Be sure to visit the following: ◆‌Songhua River Green Belt‌: This is a riverside park along the Jilin section of the Songhua River, with many attractions such as the Wind Sail Square and Wende Park. Take a boat tour to enjoy the cityscape and garden scenery on both sides of the river, and experience the water curtain movie and musical fountain‌. ◆‌Songhua Lake‌: Located in the southeast of Jilin City, this is a beautiful artificial lake surrounded by mountains. Take a boat tour to visit attractions such as Wuhu Island and Wolong Pool. There are many resorts and farmhouses by the lake where you can taste fresh fish and experience rural life‌. ◆‌Zhuque Mountain‌: Located in the east of Jilin City, this mountain is adjacent to Longtan Mountain in the east, Songhua Lake in the south, and the city center in the north. The scenic area includes a natural stone viewing area, a natural ecological tourism area, a cultural viewing area, and a leisure and entertainment area, suitable for hiking, skiing, and leisure activities‌. ◆‌Longtan Mountain‌: Located by the Songhua River, this mountain is home to the ruins of an ancient Goguryeo city from the Bohai period, as well as ancient buildings such as Guanyin Hall and Longwang Temple‌. ◆‌Beishan Park‌: Located in the center of Jilin City, this is a historic tourist destination where you can enjoy lotus flowers, snow, and temple fairs. The Niangniang Temple Fair on April 18 and the Yaowang Temple Fair on April 28 are also very lively‌. ◆‌Lafa Mountain‌: Located in the north of Jilin City, this is a national forest park with many attractions such as Lafa Mountain Scenic Area and Laoye Ridge Scenic Area‌. ◆‌Wusong Island‌: Located in Wulajie Manchu Town, Longtan District, Jilin City, this island is famous for its beautiful rime. In winter, the trees here are covered with crystal-clear ice crystals, like a fairy tale world‌. ◆‌Jingyuetan National Forest Park‌: Located in the southeast of Changchun City, this is the largest artificial forest in Asia, known as "Jingyue Shenxiu." The park features clear water, dense forests, and fresh air.
