Many South East Asian countries will celebrate it and Malaysia is one of the country among it. If you are in Kuala Lumpur, highly recommend you to visit the Nine Emperor Temple in Kepong which is 15-20 minutes away from city centre of KL only by driving as there are night markets selling a lot of vegetarian foods, desserts and drinks.
