Arima Onsen Arima Onsen is an ancient hot spring in the Kansai region, located in Arima-cho, Kita-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. As one of Japan's three famous hot springs, Arima Onsen has a history of 1300 years and is said to have been built by Buddhist monks in the 8th century. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, you can enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves in fall, along with the famous hot springs, making it quite popular with tourists. 2. Kobe Port Kobe Port was opened on January 1, 1868, and has been an area where foreigners resided since the Meiji era, filled with exotic atmosphere. The popular sightseeing areas here mainly include parks, Mosaic Garden, and Kobe Harborland, where Kobe Port Tower, Kobe Maritime Museum, and Mosaic Ferris Wheel are the iconic architectural landscapes of Kobe Port.
