Halal island in Thailand

Very beautiful and quiet island Koh Yao Yai, 99% of citizens here Muslim, there is no alcohol or pork in 7/11 and no pork in restaurants but you can find beer and alcohol cocktails around. Be ready, that even it’s island you can’t swim everywhere, only in some special areas, only local taxi, there is no grab or other taxi apps working, better to take scooter, it’s cost 300baht for 24 hours. We stayed in Koh Yao yai hillside with private swimming pool, very tranquil atmosphere but 2 days here more than enough
