The Teriyaki Pork Don was incredibly satisfying, with tender slices of pork glazed in a perfectly balanced teriyaki sauce, resting atop fluffy white rice. Pairing it with green tea was the perfect choice—the tea’s subtle bitterness balanced the savory-sweet flavors of the don, creating a refreshing harmony.
