Additional notes on the scenery along G331 from Yanji to Lujiang Village. The first stop after leaving Yanji is Ji'an, where you can visit the Volunteer Army Crossing Point and the Big Guitar Square. After lunch in Ji'an, continue driving towards Liaoning. The provincial border is located at the end of a large bridge. Navigate to the Hunjiang Grand Turnaround Viewing Platform for spectacular views. Parking is free here, but it can get crowded. Turn around and head back to the bridge towards Liaoning. Navigate to Xiaotianche, passing the Hunjiangkou Stone Tablet along the way. You can park at the hotel entrance, where there is also a tourist restroom. There weren't many people on the day I visited. Continue along G331 towards Lujiang Village. The road is not in great condition, with winding mountain roads and narrow lanes. As the sun began to set, I arrived at Xiaotianche, which offered beautiful scenery. I stayed overnight in Lujiang Village.
