Last Friday I was fortunate enough to attend the Secretburger event at Valencian Gold celebrating World Paella Day! It was a 3 course event with a lot of action! . First Course: Tomato and onion with olive oil. So simple and delicious! . Second Course- Three featured Paellas: Arroz con Bogavante- Lobster Paella. Valencian Paella- Original recipe featuring chicken and rabbit, green beans, variety of beans, snails, seasonings. Arroz Negre- Valencian dish made with squid, squid ink and rice. We tried the Arroz con Bogavante and Arroz Negre- Happy to say the Arroz Negre was my favorite 😍 (both were tasty). . Third Course- Dessert Had a very different but amazing cheesecake with the whipped topping crisped to perfection. This is a dessert I could eat again and again. .
