Taizhou Prefecture City + Ziyang Street Elderly and Child Friendly Route

Today's morning plan is to climb the Great Wall of the South of the Yangtze River. Wake up naturally, have breakfast, and drive to 'Beigushan Parking Lot', where there is a super large parking lot. The fee is 5 yuan for the first hour, and 2 yuan for each additional hour. After parking the car around ten o'clock, take the Prefecture City Line 1 (free), just one stop, get off at the south of the tunnel, walk up the mountain (higher ground), pass Qigong Temple, and go forward to the City God Temple, where there is a Taizhou Prefecture City Wall ticket checkpoint. Enter the City God Temple and turn left towards Chaotian Gate. After a few steps, you reach the Deer House, where some deer are raised. Along the way, you'll pass Wangtiantai, Yanxia Pavilion, and Meiyuan to Chaotian Gate. This route includes the most classic S-shaped city wall of the Great Wall of the South of the Yangtze River, the most beautiful spot Meiyuan, with not many uphills, mostly downhills, and a total length of just over one kilometer. It's very suitable for the elderly and children, and friendly to strollers and skateboards. The weather these days has been too good, with blue skies and ancient city walls, plum blossoms in full bloom, mountain breezes, and a shower of petal rain, with pink petals fluttering all over the sky, very romantic. After descending from Chaotian Gate, you arrive at Ximen Street. Ximen Street is not as lively as Ziyang Street, but it is also an old street where the original residents live. The prices are cheaper than Ziyang Street, with grass jelly at 5r/cup. Passing by the top scholar's residence and Yingchunfang, since we already visited Ziyang Street last night, we turned into Fufront Street today and had lunch here, with traditional Linhai flavors, and the fried wheat shrimp was very delicious. Those who haven't visited Ziyang Street can continue along Ximen Street and go straight to Ziyang Street. We walked straight along Fufront Street, turned left at Sigu Lane, and then reached Ziyang Street, right at the area of Qianfo Well. Ziyang Street is as popular as ever, with much more people during the day than last night. Famous snacks like Hu's egg white lamb tail and Wang Tianshun's shrimp cakes all had long queues. The street was so crowded that it was hard to move, but luckily we only needed to walk a short distance to reach Xingshan Gate, finally breaking out of the crowd. Through Xingshan Gate, turn right to find the free bus, take Prefecture City Line 2 from here back to Beigushan Parking Lot to retrieve the car. Linhai, goodbye!
