If you visit Mae Hong Son and Pai, don't forget to stop by Rak Thai Village. This Yunnan Chinese village features a large pond in the center, with excellent weather and very cold nights. The town has a beautiful Chinese-style charm, with great views and a wonderful atmosphere. The accommodations are lovely and Chinese-themed. Don't forget to try the Yunnan pork leg paired with steamed buns. There are tea and plum shops offering free samples. A morning boat ride is incredibly beautiful. Make sure to bring some nice outfits for photos.
