A stunning and unique architectural masterpiece🇮🇩

Situated in Medan, Indonesia, this mosque was designed by Dutch architect Theodoor van Erp, who also designed the Maimoon Palace, before being handed over to JA Tingdeman. Built between 1906 and 1909, its construction involved importing diverse materials: marble from Italy, Germany, and China, and stained glass and chandeliers from France.
