Thai style charm, Western region experience~

This time in Banna, I chose the Sunac Pullman Resort Hotel for a few days stay and here's my real experience~ Purely personal sharing, for your reference only~ 📍【Location & Transportation】 Pullman is located in the 'Resort Hotel Zone' within the 'Sunac Tourist Resort Area'. 🌊 The resort area is a relatively independent section, and you need to drive about 1 kilometer further inside to see the resort hotel zone, which is basically only accessed by hotel guests, making the overall environment quiet and more of a resort village feel. There are three hotels in the hotel zone, namely Pullman, Crowne Plaza, and Wanda Vista. Pullman is the closest to the outside. We rented a car for self-driving; it's 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel, and 25 minutes from the hotel to Gaozhuang. The recommended restaurants are mostly in Gaozhuang, and it's actually not very convenient to take a taxi. We went to Gaozhuang every day, so if you're looking for convenience, it might be better to stay in Gaozhuang🏙️ 📍【Hotel Environment & Room Types】 The hotel has a tropical resort style, with a Dai-style lobby that feels like you're in Southeast Asia🏝️. The outdoor garden lawn is very photogenic📷. The parking lot offers a great photo op at any random spot! The lobby is on the 3rd floor, while rooms are located on floors 1-7. ❗Note that Deluxe rooms are on floors 1-2, and only the more prestigious Deluxe and above are on floors 3-7. We stayed on the 2nd floor, and the dense vegetation outside the balcony meant no sunlight in the room, making it rather damp and dark. If this bothers you, choose a higher room type or discuss your needs with the front desk❗ Another downside is that the rooms are too far away❗ It takes 10 minutes to get out of the hotel every time. The rooms are 42㎡, each with a small balcony and a bathtub. The bedding is comfortable, and there's a wide selection of pillows. However, the room decor is outdated, and a bit damp compared to other five-star hotels, so don't set your expectations too high. There are also mosquitoes in the room. 📍【Facilities & Services】 The hotel's facilities and services are quite comprehensive, with an outdoor & indoor swimming pool➕gym➕aerobics room➕children's playroom➕nightly bonfire parties➕travel photography. 📷 Each room gets one complimentary travel photography session with Pullman! You get 5 retouched photos, makeup needs to be purchased separately, with 💰100 for simple makeup and 💰300 for elaborate Dai-style makeup. I chose convenience and had the photos taken at the hotel. The makeup artist was very attentive, and I was satisfied with the results, which were not as exaggerated as those done by outside shops. The shooting location is right next to Wanda, so there's no need to queue up in Gaozhuang~ The clothes for the shoot are thick and hot, so it's very convenient to shoot at the hotel! Additional retouched photos cost 💰80 each, and I added 320 in total for 9 photos! The hotel's breakfast has a wide variety, but the taste is too bad It's like chewing wax, which is a point of criticism 【Overall, I give it four stars⭐⭐⭐⭐ I booked it on a certain 🐠 for 💰970 with breakfast and dinner included, and the overall hotel experience was good. It's a viable choice if it's within your budget, but if you care about the convenience of transportation, staying in Gaozhuang would be better!
