I went there with my friend on New Year's Day January 1st. Just few people visiting the area maybe because of the season, it's winter. You'll find more crowds during spring (March - April) to fancy variety of flowers. Nevertheless, we have enjoyed spending our time there, it was worthwhile. The park does not require tickets. The place is huge, it has children's playground and beach garden. There are also some themed areas, like the Dutch Garden, and exhibition areas of various provinces. You'll surely enjoy the fresh air, cool sites, and romantic views in the area. This places's also good for picnic, I advise you to bring snacks and drinks, or even a tent. ✔️Subway: Line 10 Lûboyuan station exit 2, just about 5 min away on foot from the station to the park.
