It is not only one of the main representatives of Nanjing's Republic of China architecture, but also carries rich historical memories and cultural value.🔅 The Nanjing Presidential Palace has a history of more than 600 years. It was the residence of the Duke of Guide and the Prince of Han in the early Ming Dynasty.💫 During the Qing Dynasty, it was the Jiangning Weaving Bureau and the Viceroy of Liangjiang's Office. It was used as a palace for Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong during their southern tours. After the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom established its capital in Tianjing, the grand Heavenly King's Palace was built here. On January 1, 1912, Sun Yat-sen was inaugurated as the Provisional President of the Republic of China here, and it became the Presidential Palace, later the Presidential Palace of the Nanjing National Government.
