The special formulated thick and fragrant dark soya sauce is not too starchy but with spices. Have been going to them for more than 10 years whenever we need our breakfast fix. We are glad that they survived the Covid lockdown and now we are back. While the taste is still good, inflation is very real. Despite the price increase, the serving size has shrunk too. Now we have to order the bigger size. Saw something interesting on this visit. They have kept 2 real-life nests in the coffeeshop. These are nests for the birds. The one with 1 opening is for the birds to mate. The other one with 2 openings is for the birds to lay eggs and hatch the young. How interesting. They have extended their menu and we will be back to try the others.
