Of all the pavilions I've visited so far, this one was the most satisfying, and reservations weren't necessary. The German beer and sausage set we ordered in the courtyard was a perfect match, and we were very satisfied. The menu that day was white sausage and pretzels. The pork knuckle is a must-try; it's generous, yet incredibly tender and delicious. The impressive exhibits continued into the courtyard for a break, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

#September2025 Tech World's Life Zone exhibit, "A Tree Meets the Moon," won the bronze medal for "Best Exhibition." This Chinese-built pavilion is a must-see. The broad-tailed swallowtail butterfly, the Taiwan mountain stag beetle, the long-armed scarab beetle, the white-faced flying squirrel, the yellow-striped longhorn beetle—these Taiwanese endemic species are now exhibited at the 2025 Osaka World Expo. From their forms, postures, behaviors, to their habitats, hand-drawn animations and technological robotic arms create a human touch for the world to see. 560 mechanical orchids animate to the rhythm. In the face of nature, humans are just one of countless creatures. The souvenir Shennong Life is also fascinating and worth buying.

The pavilion is even more beautiful at night. It's clear that Japan has put a lot of thought into the overall planning. Doraemon and Hello Kitty are also highlights of the pavilion, and the Martian meteorite is also a major attraction. After the visit, you'll receive a completion certificate, a wonderful souvenir.

The third floor offers a bar for red and white wine, with the most expensive drink reportedly costing 40,000 yen. The rooftop seating extends to an outdoor observation deck. Outside, there's a garden with wooden educational games and interactive installations. The children had a blast playing with them. Near the exit is a separate pavilion, the highlight of the exhibition. It features an immersive underwater experience, using light and shadow to simulate an underwater scene. There's a beautifully designed column that reaches all the way to the ceiling.

The staff are more casual, lacking the cultural baggage of a historic hotel. Ice-cold lemonade is served upon entering the lobby. Upon entering the room, the bathroom is large, bright, and clean. The bed is also large and comfortable. The room features a neutral, bright color scheme and a nice design. The bed is comfortable, and the chair is nice. There's a refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and safe. There's a gym, but no pool. The water dispensers and ice machines on each floor are incredibly convenient. The hair dryers have quick-disconnect plugs, and requesting chopsticks and pillows in the middle of the night was quick and easy. Room service is also excellent. My friend left their phone on the bed, and after it was cleaned, it was still there when they returned that night. There's really no need to worry about Japanese people's poor manners. The room card takes you to your floor with just one tap, no need to press a button, which is incredibly convenient. The elevators arrive quickly and quickly. The location of the accommodation is also very convenient. It's about a 10-minute drive from Namba and Shinsaibashi, and only 5-10 minutes walk from the two subway stations. The pavilion's distinctive exterior was inspired by the Karakum Desert, which covers approximately 70% of the country. The rounded triangular roof symbolized the cycle of life and the perpetual flow of life. The pavilion showcased a modern aesthetic of metal and glass, while its interior showcased exquisite carpets, handicrafts, and interactive experiences, attracting many visitors.

But the highlight was the interactive nature of the pavilion, featuring numerous fashion and music performances. BeluBelu, the Belgian Pavilion's mascot, also made an appearance. 🌍《Osaka/Yumeshima》 9/16 (Tue) ☀️ After work on a weekday after the long weekend, I headed to the Expo with an evening ticket! 😍 My stay was 3.5 hours, from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. ◎ [Gate] There weren't many people entering at this time, so I was able to get in right away without waiting. ☺️ They open from 4:00 PM, so I guess it's going to be busy that time. 🤔 [Large Roof Ring] The heat wasn't a problem in the evening, and the sounds of crickets and the sea breeze on the ring made it feel like autumn. 🥰🍂 The sea breeze was sticky, but it was cool and refreshing. ✨ You can see the sunset around 7:00 PM, so be sure to head to the ring. ☺️ [Rest] The benches, restrooms, and vending machines were open, so it felt like I could take a break anytime. ◎ It seemed completely different from the lunchtime situation I'd heard about. 🤔 [Pavilion] At this time, pavilions would be closed for registration, or reservations only, and there were lines for those without reservations, so if you didn't make a reservation, it's probably best to give up. . (Apparently, Austria only accepts visitors at set times, so the barrier to entry may be lower. 🇦🇹) [Food] Takeout is recommended because the line moves quickly. 🥰 However, many places are sold out and closed, so buy it when you find it! By 10:30 PM, the crowds thin out considerably, making it easier to leave, so I recommend just waiting.😊🚃 (It's a good idea to bring a seat or plastic bag.) If you're entering at night, instead of entering the pavilion, enjoy the food and atmosphere!✨!! Umeda Sky Building We arrived early in the morning around 10:00 AM because we didn't want to wait in line. However, we still had to wait for the elevator. The staff organized us into four rows, moving along the lines. There are two elevators, which took us to the 35th floor. From there, we took the escalator to the 39th and 40th floors. If you just want to take photos of the escalator tunnel, we recommend skipping the ticket; it's free. It's a great place to take photos. If you want to see the Kuchu-Teien Observatory, you'll need to buy a ticket. The 39th floor has restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops. Don't forget to stop by. The 360-degree observation deck is on the 40th floor, the rooftop. My trip to Osaka lasted 8 days and 7 nights. Here's an overview of my itinerary! Day 1: Air Asia to Kansai Airport I bought my tickets on trip.com. The cost for two people, including 20kg of luggage on the outbound leg and 45kg on the return leg, was around 14,400 yen—a fantastic deal! Day 2: Due to the typhoon, I rescheduled this day to indoor activities. I went to Kizu Market in the morning and then to Mio Gu near Tennoji Station to buy clothes for around 10,000 yen. I had purchased a Kansai Amazing Pass beforehand and exchanged it for 3,000 yen (1,500 yen per person *2), which was a steal! 😍 In the afternoon, I went shopping in Umeda and had afternoon tea with a fruit mille-feuille cake. Brooklyn Roasting Company Kitahama ☕️ The shop is located right on the roadside, very easy to find, with a clear sign. Once inside, order at the counter, where the menu and prices are clearly displayed. Then, find a seat. There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas. We recommend the outdoor seating area, as it's right next to the chic riverside setting, with a great atmosphere. Sometimes, boats pass by. We ordered an Americano, which was incredibly rich and full of coffee aroma. They also have a selection of coffee beans. It was excellent. Paired with a donut, it was delicious and highly recommended. But be careful of the birds. Donuts keep disappearing, they're not afraid of people at all. Has anyone else experienced this? #TravelChat North Shore Kitahama 🥤 This is another cafe I really liked. They open early, probably because they offer a light breakfast menu: sandwiches, pancakes, fruit salad, drinks, tea, and coffee. From the front of the shop, you walk through the shop and out to the other side. There are seats along the riverside, which is a great atmosphere. Sometimes, boats pass by. The staff will take your order at your table. The shop is beautifully decorated. The front is painted in a deep blue with gold lettering, which really stands out. I recommend the chocolate-covered strawberries. It's delicious and refreshing. The tartness of the strawberries contrasts perfectly with the sweetness of the chocolate. They pour the chocolate over you right there. But if you order just this, you can take it home; you can't sit in the shop. Another recommended Osaka cafe with a great view.
